Our laundry equipment has been updated with Front Loading High Efficiency Washers and Energy Star Dryers!  The use of HE Laundry Detergent is required!  Regular detergent produces too much suds causing need for rewash or pump to shut-off.  Please notify your guests and/or tenants.

Included in Documents tab, under other documents,  is a Request for Alteration form and building code information from the County of Maui.
 
The alteration form needs to turned in to the resident manager whenever you are anticipating any remodeling of your unit. 
 
Also, should you need a list of licensed contractors here on Molokai, please contact our office.
 

We have begun towing of unauthorized vehicles found in our parking lot such as those with expired tags, flat tires and shredded covers.  Please have your on-island representative check the condition of your vehicle and covers to make sure they are not in disrepair. Currently, not all vehicles in parking lot have license plate numbers registered at our office, some only have color and description, others only make & model.   Please contact our office so we can update our records if you have not provided us with your vehicle information, including license plate number, vehicle color, make & model, or if it has changed.  Please send this information including owner name and unit number to info@wavecrestaoao.com.  If you have no vehicle on property, please send us an email with this information as well.
